CHEF JONATHAN HUGHES AT RIVERWALK MARKET

Executive Chef Jonathan Hughes is overseeing dining at the new Riverwalk Market, opening in fall 2009.
Chef Hughes most recently served as the culinary coordinator for MSU's Athletic Catering and Event Services Catering and is an MSU graduate with a degree in food science. He studied at the Culinary Institute of America in New York and brings to Riverwalk Market a wealth of knowledge from his 16 years as a chef.
